Located just 1.2 kilometers from the sea, it is near some of the region's most stunning beaches, hidden coves, and scenic viewpoints. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Istria, Kvarner, and the Kvarner islands. The house also lies on the route of a renowned cycling path, offering spectacular vistas of the sea.

Reconnect with Nature and Yourself

Take a serene morning walk along the old Roman road that stretches from the house to the sea. As you pass through a dense pine forest, you'll find yourself enveloped in the tranquil chirping of birds, the fresh aroma of pine, and the gentle sway of treetops in the breeze. This peaceful path leads to the port of Tunarica, where you can experience harmony of body and mind and perhaps discover a deeper connection with yourself.

For those seeking seclusion, a hidden wild beach is just a 20-minute walk from the house. Shaded by nearby trees, this quiet spot allows you to spend the entire day shielded from the sun. Pets are welcome to join you on this serene retreat.

In the nearby bay, you can rent boats, kayaks, or stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), which we can reserve for you in advance. Bicycles are available for rent in Labin and Rabac and can be conveniently delivered to the house.
